The Pattern Scan
Not a personality test. What you'd say about yourself, tested against the one real moment you can actually point to.
Most people can describe how they'd handle a decision, a negotiation, a setback. Fewer can point to the one real, recent instance and put the story next to it. This looks across six areas of how you actually operate, decisions, revenue, visibility, delegation, receiving, and pressure, not to find one big result, but because the same thing tends to show up in more than one place once you know where to look.
There's no bad result here. If nothing surfaces, that's a complete answer. Most of what runs a decision happens before the thought that explains it, which is exactly why it's usually invisible from the inside.
Answer from what actually happened, not what sounds most self-aware. The second question in each domain asks about a real, recent moment, material enough to matter at your level, but not necessarily the one you've already turned into a story you tell. The one you've told a hundred times has usually already been examined to the core, it's the ordinary ones that haven't. If nothing comes to mind, say so, that's an honest answer, not a wrong one.
