A private 10–14-day investigation for accomplished founders, executives and operators. Bring one completed event involving money, recognition or receiving value. Leave with a written, validated Map of what the evidence actually supports, and a clear decision about what, if anything, should happen next.
Your business works. Your judgment works. You know how to create value.
And yet, one moment keeps behaving differently. The number has been earned, but becomes harder to hold when another person reacts. The win lands for an hour and then disappears. Recognition is accepted intellectually and dismissed internally. Rest remains one decision away, even after the work is done.
Perhaps you already understand the story you tell about it. That's useful. It isn't the same as knowing the story is accurate.
Is the response actually recurring? How much does the situation explain? Does the same reaction appear across different circumstances? Where does it not appear? What alternative explanation fits? And if a personal pattern remains, do you actually want it to change?
The Review exists to answer those questions carefully enough that the next decision doesn't depend on resonance, pressure, or my confidence as a coach.
What that clarity changes: you stop spending effort on the wrong explanation. You can leave a situational response alone, observe an uncertain pattern more intelligently, choose different support, or enter deeper work knowing what has actually earned the attention. The immediate value is proportion, not a promise that everything changes in ten days.
We begin with one bounded class of completed event, not your whole history with money, or your whole identity. We reconstruct what happened, in sequence. We separate externally checkable facts from your report, my observation, our inferences, and what remains unknown.
Then we test the explanation you arrived with against the situation itself, a credible alternative, and at least one counterexample, a moment the expected response didn't actually occur.
The working hypothesis may be supported. It may turn out narrower than first proposed. The evidence may remain insufficient. Or the situation may explain the event without any deeper personal pattern at all. Every one of those is a valid result, not a lesser one.
Time between the live parts isn't dead space. It's what lets the first interpretation cool before it's written down as if it were final.
Five outcomes are equally legitimate. None is treated as more mature, braver, or more successful than the others.
Johan Holmström has spent more than fifteen years in marketing and commercial leadership across SaaS, e-commerce and consumer businesses, including roles as CMO and CCO. He understands the language of targets, pricing, teams and real operating pressure.
Identity Reset doesn't ask him to explain your business to you. The work is to help you inspect one response with the same discipline you'd bring to a consequential commercial question, without reducing you to the pattern being examined.
You don't need to decide that a pattern exists. You only need one completed event, a real question, and a willingness to discover that your first explanation may be right, partly right, or wrong.
